Trauma-informed Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a transformative practice that uses the breath as a direct gateway to healing and self-discovery.
The style of CCB I offer is a trauma-informed practice, that has many benefits including but not limited to: releasing emotional debt, enhanced mental clarity, stress reduction, nervous system regulation and pain reduction. Whether used for emotional release, somatic healing, trauma integration, physical wellbeing or spiritual growth.
CCB helps you to connect with your body, emotions and a deeper sense of self. During this style of breathwork it is common for people to have powerful physical, emotional, mental, energetic and spiritual experiences. During CCB people can also experience altered states of consciousness, due to physiological changes and shifts brainwave shifts.
This work can be done as a 1:1, 2:1, in small groups, or larger groups, and can also be integrated into therapeutic work to access the body and subconscious mind.
This is for you if...
You feel stuck, anxious, or like you're running on empty
You're tired of feeling disconnected from your body and emotions
You've felt the limits of words and sense there’s something deeper that needs to be released and felt
You're craving clarity
You're curious about exploring your inner world in a way that feels supportive and held
You’re craving some time for you, for relaxation, grounding and to be held, messiness and all
You're ready to feel something shift, without needing to explain it all
You want to regulate your nervous system and actually feel calmer, not just think about it
You're done healing in isolation and want to be witnessed and supported
You know there's more to you than the stress, the overthinking, the heaviness and you're ready to remember who you actually are
Conscious Connected Breathwork isn't about having it all figured out. It's about coming home to yourself.
