evidence based therapy
I am a trauma-informed integrative therapist, which means I draw in a range of therapeutic models to support your unique healing journey. I offer a warm, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and your body's wisdom at your own pace no judgment, just genuine support.
I have experience working with a range of difficulties across public, private and third sectors, I offer sessions both in person and online. My professional journey is underpinned by comprehensive education, experience and continued professional development, ensuring that I provide ethical and evidence-based therapy services.
In my integrative approach, I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT principles, CFT and somatic therapy, alongside a polyvagal-informed understanding of the nervous system. This approach allows us to work together in a way that supports both emotional and physiological regulation. A central part of my work is understanding how the nervous system shapes our day-to-day experiences, how we respond to stress, relationships and life's challenges. I believe that meaningful, sustainable change happens when we work not only with the mind, but with the body's responses and patterns. This is why I'm deeply committed to mind-body interventions that help you build regulation, resilience and a felt sense of safety from within.
Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck or disconnected from their bodies, emotions, or life direction. Together, we move at your pace, exploring thoughts, feelings, sensations, and patterns in a way that feels safe and supportive. With experience working across various sectors, I've supported clients through a wide range of life circumstances and difficulties including depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, shame, self-criticism and relational issues.
I have a specialist interest in women's health and wellbeing, supporting clients through a range of experiences including diagnosis of long-term conditions, hormonal shifts, emotional exhaustion, and the complex layers that come with navigating women's health and transitions.
My goal isn't just symptom relief, it's to equip you with knowledge, tools, and strategies that foster lasting inner transformation. Together, we create a collaborative therapeutic relationship that nurtures safety, curiosity, and lasting change throughout your whole being.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and it takes so much courage to reach out for support. If you're thinking about starting therapy, I offer a free 20-minute intro call so you can ask questions and get a feel for whether this is the right fit for you.

A confidential space
This is your space to show up exactly as you are no masks, no pretending, no pressure to have it all figured out. Together, we'll create a warm, non-judgmental container where you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences at your own pace, knowing you're fully held and supported.
-
Collaborative and Tailored to You
There's no one-size fits-all approach here. We'll work together to understand what you need, drawing from different therapeutic models and practices that feel right for you. This is a partnership, your insights, experiences and pace guide our work and I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
-
mind and body connected
Healing happens when we work with both the mind and the body. Our sessions will integrate talking therapy with an understanding of how your nervous system and body hold experiences, helping you build regulation, resilience and a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself.

not a state of being.
