Women’s

Health

From hormonal shifts to nervous system support, this space holds it all, because women's health is never just one thing.

What we offer

  • Severe mood shifts, anxiety, intrusive thoughts and physical symptoms that arrive with your cycle and disrupt your life. PMDD and PMS are real, recognised conditions that deserve more than being dismissed. I work with the emotional and nervous system impact of cyclical symptoms, helping you build understanding, self-compassion and steadiness across your cycle.

  • Whether you're trying to conceive, undergoing treatment or navigating uncertainty, fertility challenges carry a grief and weight that is rarely given enough space. I offer therapeutic and somatic support to help you process the emotional toll, regulate your nervous system and offer support throughout your journey.

  • Pregnancy loss is a profound grief and one that is often minimised or rushed past. I provide a safe, unhurried space to process loss at whatever stage it occurred, supporting you through grief, your body's experience, complex emotions and whatever comes next.

  • PMOS is a complex hormonal condition that affects far more than most people are told from energy to body image, fertility and sense of self. I work with the emotional and psychological impact of PMOS, supporting you to navigate the overwhelm, frustration and grief that can come with PMOS.

  • Living with a chronic condition affects far more than the physical it shapes identity, relationships and emotional wellbeing. I work with the psychological and somatic impact of long-term illness, supporting you to navigate uncertainty, loss and the ongoing work of living well within your body.

  • Conditions that are frequently dismissed, misdiagnosed and misunderstood, yet profoundly impact daily life, pain levels and mental health. I work with women living with adenomyosis and endometriosis to address the emotional burden, the impact of chronic pain on the nervous system and the grief that can come with a body that feels like it's working against you.

  • The transition through perimenopause and into menopause can bring a wide range of symptoms including mood shifts, anxiety, brain fog, sleep disruption and changes in identity and confidence that can feel completely destabilising. Research shows that stress significantly impacts the severity of hormonal symptoms, making nervous system support a vital part of this picture. Through therapy and breathwork, I work with both the emotional weight of this transition and the physiological stress response, helping to reduce symptom burden and support you in feeling more grounded, resource and at home in yourself again.

Supporting women with women’s health conditions, from hormonal changes to chronic illness. These challenges are known to have a significant impact on mental health, emotional wellbeing and day to day life, yet so often go unaddressed. I use evidence-based approaches that can support the psychological and somatic impact of what you're carrying. With specialist training in women's health, this work meets you where are and works at your own pace.
